Mousehole Cottage was a great pick for our family’s stay in the village. It was close to all our favourite spots in South Cornwall and everything in Mousehole itself was just a short walk away. The cottage was charming – traditional and characterful but also very well thought out and practical. Everything that we needed was included and it was an added bonus to find an Alexa device and Smart TV for those times when we were trying to keep the children entertained.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

Absolutely wonderful stay in a great position in Mousehole. Totally brilliant having a parking space so close too. Lovely house and Phaedra was great at communicating. Fantastic!

Alice – July 2023

We stayed at Mousehole Cottage at October half term. Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Everything we needed for a very comfortable family holiday. Location was superb. Literally 2 mins walk to harbour. Own parking space was a real bonus in Mousehole. All enjoyed watching an Otter from the back garden and of course, the seals were pretty much always around.
Kitchen well equipped. Lovely and warm. Beds really comfy.
Communication with Phay absolutely first rate. Prompt replies and very friendly.
As a family we all agreed we would definitely stay again.

This October 2022 is my second stay at Mousehole Cottage with my family. The cottage is not just any place where to stay for a holiday, it is in fact an exceptionally cosy place, a really well-kept home, clean, well furnished, comfortable, relaxing and with various delicate touches. Everything about the cottage has been well thought out and also offers a dedicated parking space. All popular attractions in that part of Cornwall are within easy reach of the cottage. Close by, within walking distance, there are three good restaurants, attractive small shops, tea rooms and a pub. Even the cottage outside stone masonry, with its embedded quartz crystals sparkling in the sun or under the street light at night, adds to a sense of magic! It’s an absolutely lovely cottage, a bijou! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is definitely the destination to go for.

We booked Mousehole cottage for the second time and it was as perfect as the first time. Lovely property, great location and a fab booking process with phay being wonderful from start to finish. If we could live in this cottage we would. It’s magical and a very special place that feels like you are at home the second you arrive. We will be back!

We recently stayed at Mousehole Cottage in Mousehole for the second time. We’ve been visiting this area for many years and Mousehole in particular and this is by far our favourite place to stay. We were a little concerned about Covid-19 but felt very secure due to the trouble taken to allay our fears. The cottage was immaculate and its location and sea views make it an ideal place for visiting Mousehole and the beautiful area around. We appreciated the lovely welcome pack and Phay couldn’t have been more helpful on both our visits.

Shirley – December 2020

Lovely cottage in a great location. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Treats and towel for Mojo the dog were a nice extra! Phay made the booking process easy and straightforward.

Virginia – September 2020

A lovely cosy cottage in a brilliant location with a parking space. We loved Mousehole, saw seals from the harbour wall, and had a wonderful, much needed break over half term. Thank you.

Lydia – October 2020

Mousehole cottage is a charming place perfectly situated on the edge of the village (so you don’t have to drive through the narrow lanes) but within a minutes walk of everything. We particularly enjoyed, when the weather allowed, eating take away fish and chips on the outside table looking at the beautiful view of the sea. The visit was made that bit more special by Phaedra’s kind welcome gift. A welcome break from hectic modern life. Thank you.

Edward & Alesha – October 2020

We had a wonderful stay at Mousehole Cottage. The location was perfect, within a stone’s throw of Mousehole Harbour with lovely views of the sea from the cottage. The cottage is excellent and very well appointed with everything you need, the welcome goodies were a nice touch. We stayed with our 3 year old and 1 year old and it was perfect. We enjoyed exploring, playing and swimming in the harbour, along with exploring local attractions and beaches. We’ll be back!

We had a great week in Mousehole Cottage. The cottage has everything you need for a warm, comfortable holiday including the finer details of a warm welcome and breakfast provisions. The location is wonderful with sea views on waking in the master bedroom and living areas. The off street car parking is a bonus as is an easy walk around the quaint, seaside village. The Ship Inn is an easy stroll for dinner serving fabulous food. Thank you Phay and Jon for our wonderful stay. Gina & Ed, Melbourne, Australia

Mousehole Cottage was absolutely beautiful and so near the sea I felt I could almost touch it; the views too were marvellous especially in the ever changing weather! The cottage had good parking, was well situated in Mousehole and extremely comfortable, well-equipped and warm. The Christmas touches were much appreciated; tasteful tree/decorations, welcome mince pies and bubbly too. Coast path minutes away and lots of interesting places to visit – St. Ives, Sennen Cove, Levant Mines, Marazion and St. Michael’s Mount, Trebah Gardens; also beautiful beaches and lots of coves. Thoroughly enjoyed the famous Mousehole Christmas lights. They were spread across the harbour, along the cliffs and even on the rocks in the sea. Many cottage windows were also illuminated with quirky Christmas scenes and the little shops/cafes stayed open until later in the evening. Such a lovely atmosphere. We were very reluctant to leave Mousehole Cottage but hope to return again one day.
