Our stay at Morning Tide was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breath-takin panoramic sea views across Mounts Bay—watching the sunrise over St Michael’s Mount with a morning coffee became our daily ritual. The cottage itself is a gem: beautifully furnished, spacious, and brimming with charm. The blend of modern amenities and cosy touches, like the wood burners in both the living room and dining area, made it the perfect home-away-from-home, whether we were relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a family meal at the large dining table.
The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away on a quiet, pedestrian street, yet just a short stroll to Mousehole’s picturesque harbour. We loved wandering through the village’s winding lanes, popping into cafes, and dining at spots. This May, we stayed in a lovely cottage in Mousehole, Morningtide, that has spetacular views, confy beds and very warm showers. There are two log burners and the living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some reading time.
You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Mousehole, you can rent electric bikes or just go for hikes, there is so so much to do.Paula – May 2025
