The market town of St Just is nearby (walking distance from the property) with a selection of independent shops and a number of good pubs. The historic coastal harbour of Penzance is 15 minutes away with a range of larger shops and supermarkets.

Accommodation

The cottage is snuggled tightly into the hillside and is approached down a track. There is a large open plan, triple aspect living and dining area, with painted wooden floors and white tongue and groove ceiling. There are large windows looking out over the valley and French doors leading out to one part of the garden, the result is a bright and airy space with views over the garden. At one end of the room are comfortable sofa’s and a TV, in the dining area there is a good sized table and chairs. An ideal room for relaxing after a strenuous coastal walk or surfing at nearby Sennen Beach! There is a well equipped kitchen with painted shaker style units, wooden work surfaces, painted floor boards, dishwasher, washing machine, Freezer and a fridge. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds adorned with crisp white bed linen. There is a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over basin, towel rail and WC.

There is space to park one car at the front of the property and the ability to park a second car by arrangement if required. To the front of the property is a gravelled area with built in BBQ, there is also a garden area to the side of the property with patio directly outside the living room and the remainder laid to lawn and flowerbeds.
