Accommodation

Bosavern is a traditional Cornish farmhouse, set well back from the road, opposite Bosavern Community Farm (grab all your fresh local food from there). Private parking for three cars, wraparound secure garden for dogs and kids. The main hallway leads through to a sociable farmhouse kitchen with everything you need. There is an inner hallway / utility area with room for boots, coats and a washing machine / tumble drier.

The sitting room has three comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and a wood burner; plus a fabulous, sunny conservatory with garden and valley views and spectacular views from the top deck. Bosavern is a single storey property, with bedrooms just right for families, sleeping up to eight people. There is a king size master with ensuite bathroom, another ensuite double, a cheerful twin, and another king double, plus a spacious family bathroom.

Shops & pubs found in St Just. Pets are welcome by prior agreement, we charge a pet fee of £25 per pet. The garden is relatively secure but we cannot guarantee it is totally dog-proof. Bosavern is a non-smoking property. Arrival/Departure: Sunday, but off-season we can flexible, short breaks of 4 nights available. BT WIFI, Smart TV, central heating. Dedicated parking space for three cars. There is a garden table & chairs. Full central heating & wood burner in sitting room for winter months. Kitchen includes oven, hob, separate fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher and air fryer. Washing machine and tumble drier in utility area. A high chair and travel cot can be provided but must be requested in advance.
